Earlier cuts to the transportation budget led to reductions/cancellation of bus services for those with special needs on the Key Peninsula. A portion of these services has been restored through an $80,096 federal grant awarded to the Puget Sound Educational Service District (PSESD) from the Washington State Department of Transportation. Special thanks go out to PSESD, Peninsula School District (another reason to vote YES on the replacement levy) and The Mustard Seed Project for working together to get this service up and running.
