I just found that the website for the City of Victoria has been updated and the link I posted previously led to a 'Page Not Found' message – frustrating to say the least. Well, I searched through the new site to locate the article on the history of these beauties and the assembly instructions brochure. Click here to go to the new City of Victoria website and instructions. The assembly instruction brochure, in pdf form, is at the bottom of the page under ‘How to Make Your Own Sun Basket’. These are simple, step by step instructions that, with a little effort and care, will provide vibrant colors throughout the summer.
